Hi there! So, I was attempting to do BWL last night, and as soon as my party engaged in combat, the game crashed. This happened a few times, but I just chalked it up to "it just happens sometimes." And then today, I brought my bots into MC and the same thing happened: we get teleported to the instance, but when we go to fight the first mob, it gets disconnected. I had been doing these raids without issue for the past few days. Any idea what could be causing this?
Thanks so much!
Edit: I tried again with a smaller group, and it happened again in DMN.

I've also been experiencing a bunch of disconnects today, but I am just running around Silvermoon city and questing.

Thanks for the detailed report, Mharrokk, and Totes for chiming in.
We went through the server logs. On October 12 the world server itself crashed and restarted nine times, five times in the morning and four times between 21:22 and 22:05 (Brussels time). Every crash was the same bug: a server-side check in the threat code that companion bots could trip when they stepped back from a monster during combat in an instance. A crash disconnects everyone online, which is why Totes was kicked while questing in Silvermoon. Nothing you did was wrong, and it was not your game client.
The fix is in this Sunday's update: the server now answers that question safely, and the bots no longer ask it about players.
On October 11 the server did not crash at all, so the disconnects you saw that evening most likely came from the client or the connection.
