▲ 🔒 How support works here — one person, best effort

A short and honest note about support, so that nobody is left guessing.

Support on this realm is one person. Not a team, not a rotation of volunteers: one operator, with a job and a life, running this in their spare time because it is a good hobby. There is no Discord, no support email, and no game master sitting in a queue waiting for you. What there is: the in-game ticket. Press Escape, open Help, and submit it — I read every one of them, and I answer on your next login. Replies are asynchronous rather than live, which means hours or days rather than minutes, and never a canned response from someone who did not read your message.

Best effort is the honest description. I will always try, I will tell you what I find, and I will tell you plainly when I cannot do anything. What I can usually fix: account problems, characters stuck in the world, phasing and quest oddities, things a module is doing wrong, and anything I broke myself — that last category is more common than I would like, and the fastest to get fixed.

What I cannot promise is everything else, and that deserves an explanation rather than a shrug. This realm runs on AzerothCore, a large open-source project maintained by many people, plus a stack of third-party modules from many more. A good number of the quirks you will meet — a boss that misbehaves, an ability that fires one second late, a quest that will not turn in — come from the core or from a module, not from anything I configured. Some are already known upstream and will be fixed on someone else's schedule; some I can patch here and send back; some are beyond what one person can reasonably take on. When your report lands in that last category I will say so, rather than leave your ticket open forever.

You can make this much easier, and it costs you one extra sentence: tell me the character name, what you were doing, what happened instead, and roughly when. A screenshot helps more than any description. If it is about an item, a quest, or an NPC, its name is enough for me to find it.

Before opening a ticket, two places are worth a look, because the answer is often already there: the FAQ at https://lighthaven.quest/faq, and the changelog at https://lighthaven.quest/changelog, which may well say that your problem was fixed this week. In game, whispering any bot standing near you will answer most "how does this work here?" questions immediately, in your own language.

And to be very clear: no question is too small, no ticket is a bother, and asking twice because you got no answer is fine. The only thing I ask in return is patience — the realm runs unattended most of the time, and so does the person behind it.
