Verog the Dervish quest might be broken

Been killing centaurs for a while without him appearing. I know this quest can take quite a lot of kills to trigger, but I was hoping you could check the spawn rate, and maybe make sure he's not stuck inside a mountain or something.

Hi Ambertalon, I checked it on our test realm and the quest works, but it's easy to miss how. Only three kinds of centaur can summon him: Kolkar Pack Runners, Kolkar Marauders and Kolkar Bloodchargers (the Wranglers and Stormers never do). Each one you kill has a 3% chance, so it takes around thirty kills on average, sometimes more. When it happens, the centaur shouts "I am slain! Summon Verog!" as it dies, and Verog appears at his tent in the Kolkar camp, around 52.8, 41.7 on the Barrens map, not next to you. He stays there for 5 minutes, so head to the tent as soon as you see the shout. Good hunting!
