No email is sent on this realm. To change one of your account details, prove who you are by providing the three other details we already know about you; one of those is the recovery code at the position we ask for. We will let you set the new value on the spot.
Provide your current username, email, password and recovery code to change the username. Your password keeps working with the new username — no need to change it.
